I searched a long time to find plastic sleeves that had a soft fiber sheet against the "business" side of the CD/DVD and that would hold two discs. These sleeves provide that; however, the plastic pocket covers only about half the disc and the punchouts for the holes have not been removed and the small plastic eyeholes fall out and make somewhat of a mess. The cover flap also needs to be removed and disposed of.
