I have a Panasonic fax machine at home. This ribbon is the exact replacement I needed. The $10.00 price was fantastic. The same ribbon cartridge at Staples (Staples brand cartridge) was about $45.00.

Fantastic price for replacement ribbon rolls for aging Panasonic fax machine. My first time purchase concerns with this company were unnecessary. Promptly shipped. Free shipping means parcel postt so upgrade shipping if you need fast. Only thing I did not like was I ordered 2 total and they shipped in separate shipments. Took awhile for the second box to arrive.

Have ordered several units of this film, hoping to get the original Panasonic brand as pictured, however I got the OEM compatible film...same dissappointment as the other buyer!!

Ordered based upon the picture of a OEM Panasonic replacement ribbon box, but received a generic. Will use as I could not be bothered with the return process. Do not make my mistake - take your time ordering and read everything before hitting that button. Vendor should still not be allowed to misrepresent the product's visual. Shame on Amazon....
