This battery now allows by notebook to go for 5-6 hours without being plugged in. It does make the back of the computer sit higher than before but it actually puts the keyboard in a better typing position. The seller shipped the battery in a timly manner and the product was in good condiiton

This battery was kinda a tough fit (physically) and it quite bulky. But thats sorta expected in a 12-cell. I bought this after my 6-cell HP one bit the dust. It lasts for hours! But one note: the HP battery checker utility will say that it needs to be replaced, due to the fact that HP did not manufacture it.

Battery fits adequately (with some pushing). Delivers what it says. My dv6120 lasted for 4.5 h with moderate mixed use (no video editing etc..) on a cable network (wifi was off) with 2 full reboots.
Battery Status* gives a nominal capacity of 134502mWh after first charge and 130700mwh after 2nd charge.
Heavier (~2x) than original battery, can live with this. Ventilation much better due to the extra space.
In conclusion: Much better than new battery. HP laptops should definitely have come with this battery as standard !
I will hopefully update this post for capacity and longevity.
