BEWARE Incompatible with DV Sportster November 8, 2008

I just had to return it to amazon due to the fact that it was incompatible with the Varizoom DV Sportster (the actual handle would not feet into the stabilizing arm adapter). It may have been a simple manufacturing error but after contacting Varizoom they have been giving me the run-around for over a week now and so I do believe I will purchase from a different company.
