Inputs can be selected manually from push buttons on the front or by the supplied remote control. LED's on the front have a green light for easy indication of input selection and power. I have been using it for six months now, No issues yet, works as advertized. Remote is pretty small & inconveninet to operate, but if you have a learning remote you only need to copy 4 codes and will never have to use the small remote again.
