This dimmer is well made, with a good feel to it.
Only issue I have is that the slider is very non-linear at low illumination levels. That is, while it is easy to adjust between half and full brightness, it is very hard to adjust between zero and quarter brightness -- which is what I want it for.
Contrary to manufacturer's information, there is no LED to help you find it in the dark.

This item stopped working after a year of use for no apparent reason the worst part is that i hardly even used it much.
