Received in Good Condition; Work Great! November 18, 2008 James A. Freeman (Denver, CO) The batteries came in the original packaging and work just great. They breathed new life into our otherwise excellent Panasonic cordless phones. Though they were considerably less expensive than those sold on Panasonic's site, they seem to work just as great and to be the same batteries.

Panasonic Tech Support October 4, 2008 C. Nore 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
If an American ever needs to contact Panasonic (my call was routed to the Philippines) for a minor technical issue concerning a question they don't know the answer to... and their initial generic response is to tell you to take out the batteries for a few minutes and then re-insert them... DON'T. I had two perfectly GOOD batteries that held their charge... now I have TWO batteries that WILL NOT re-charge. Why this is, I haven't a clue. My issue was concerning a 'P' that appeared after making calls to certain numbers (not all numbers) when I went to delete my calls from the redial memory. One of the handsets I never even used. Go figure. And NO, I didn't hit the pause button like one techy tried to suggest. Very disappointing, to say the least.
